About MAF
MAF goes above and beyond. Overcoming barriers by flying small planes to reach isolated people, bringing help and hope, seeing lives transformed.
- It’s not all about planes – MAF’s passion is to see lives transformed
- We have loads of mates – about 1,000 – aid agencies, missions, local churches – whom we partner with
- MAF flies to some really remote places, landing on airstrips carved out of sides of mountains or hacked out of the jungle. In many of these places, without the plane it would be impossible to reach the people
- We fly to more places than any airline – over 2,500 worldwide!
- Somewhere in the world, an MAF plane is taking off or landing every three minutes
- MAF has over 120 planes and works in more than 30 countries
- There are many more countries that would benefit hugely from the work of MAF
